Cassida 6600 Professional Grade Currency Counter with Counterfeit Detection
| The Cassida 6600 Money Counter has a uniquely engineered mechanism that incorporates the advantages of both the back loading and the front loading machines. The 6600 bill counter features an advanced intelligent bill density recognition system that eliminates time-consuming stops common in conventional bill counters. Ergonomically designed simultaneous adding and batching mode allows you to batch needed amounts while keeping track of the total, thus further increasing your money handling efficiency. The 6600 currency counters utilize infra-red technology for maximum currency counting accuracy and for half and double note detection.
The smart software built into the machine is enhanced with features which make counting easier than in many other similar devices. When a double note is detected the unit stops counting, leaving the double note in the stacker and allows you to recount the current stack without losing your overall total. Additionally, in the case of a suspected counterfeit the unit dispenses the note into the stacker for manual removal. Pressing the "start" button continues the count and automatically deducts the counterfeit from the overall total. Batch completion has also become easier. If a stack currently in the hopper cannot complete a set batch you can either leave the batch quantity as it is or change it, and the unit will automatically continue counting to complete the batch when bills are placed into the hopper. An increasing trend in counterfeit money has forced many businesses to search for a way to combat fraud. All Cassida 6600 machines feature a built-in UV ultraviolet fluorescence detection system to alert you of suspect bills. You can also order the optional MG magnetic counterfeit detection feature, if required. Operating environments vary greatly, and so do individual needs. Please be aware that no currency counter on the market is guaranteed to catch all counterfeit bills 100% of the time.
Value calculation and more
ValuCount™ uses the denomination selected by the user to calculate the dollar value of the count. By activating ValuCount™ in the add mode, users can counter different denominations while keeping track of the total value. This gives you some of the features of a money discriminator counter, without the high price tag.
Half, double and chain note detection
Infrared sensors are able to spot a wide range of bill discrepancies, including half, double, and chain notes. In all cases, the 6600 will stop the count, alert the user with beep, and display the error type on its screen.
Counterfeit detection
Ultraviolet (UV and UV/MG models), and magnetic sensors (UV/MG model) are able to detect a wide range of counterfeit bills. Once a counterfeit is detected, the 6600 stops the count and dispenses the suspect bill into its stacker for removal.
