The McKlein USA brand was conceived in 1998. From its inception, the McKlein USA brand was marked as an architect of progress for mobile laptop bag and case designs. The first mobile case the brand engineered was the patented 12295 Wheeled Multiple-Access Computer Catalog Case. The March 1998 Travel Goods Association (TGA) show in Washington DC first put McKlein USA on the map. This show was chosen to launch the innovative creation of wheeled cases for business professionals, at a time when only wheeled luggage cases were available on the market. Not only was McKlein the first to introduce wheel business cases to the market, but it has since designed the largest selection of professional wheeled cases, in the world, including: business cases, laptop computer cases, catalogue cases, and back packs.
